Delivery Timescales

Delivery on express t-shirts, after artwork mock-up approval, is 3-4 weeks. For bespoke items, from artwork confirmation to delivery to door is typically 5-8 weeks by air and 11-13 weeks by sea. Sea delivery is not always the most cost-effective option. For smaller/lighter items under 100kgs (e.g. less than 550 t-shirts, or 2000 medals) air delivery can be the most cost effective option. All our prices include delivery to one UAE address.

If you’re in the UAE, please contact us with details of where you’d like your order shipped to and we’ll confirm the shipping cost.
For delivery outside the UAE, please note our minimum order/ cart value is $4000.

Production Timescales

For bespoke items, from artwork confirmation to delivery to door is typically 11-13 weeks by sea, and 5-8 weeks by air. This breaks down to;

Sample timescales typically 1-2 weeks
Production typically 2-3 weeks from sample confirmation
Air delivery 1-3 weeks and sea delivery 7-8 weeks

Please let your sales representative know your event date and requested delivery date, and we will let you know the cut-off dates for your specific product(s). Please allow 1-2 weeks extra if your need us to convert your artwork into vector format.
